THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES THAT ALL DISPUTES (AS DEFINED BELOW) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTIONS, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED.  IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS IN THE USA THIS APPLIES TO ANY ACTION YOU MAY WANT TO BRING AGAINST THE SUCCESS MERCH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
